(321) 宿しもつ月の光のををしさはいかにいへども広沢の池

何といっても広沢池に映る月ほど雄々しいものはありません

There is nothing more majestic than the moon reflected in Hirosawa Pond.

ををしさ：雄々しさ

 

(322) 池にすむ月にかかれる浮雲は払ひ残せる水錆なりけり

払い残した落葉は池に映る澄んだ月影にかかる浮雲のように見えます

The fallen leaves that were left behind look like floating clouds in the clear moonlight reflected on the pond.

水錆（みさび）

 

(323) 水なくてこほりぞしたる勝間田の池あらたむる秋の夜の月

秋の夜の勝間田の池は水がないのに月の光に照らされてまるで凍っているように見えます

On an autumn night, Katsumata Pond looks as if it is frozen in the moonlight, even though there is no water in 

it.

 

(324) 清見潟沖の岩越す白波に光をかはす秋の夜の月

The moon on an autumn night illuminates the white waves crashing over the rocks off the coast of Kiyomigata.

清見潟：静岡市清水区興津の辺りにあった景勝地。

 

(325) なべてなき所の名をや惜しむらん明石はわきて月のさやけき

明石は並ぶところのない名所として愛されています。とりわけ月の清らかなところです

Akashi is loved as a unique place of scenic beauty, especially the clearness of the moon.

 

(326) 難波潟月の光にうらさえて波の表に氷をぞ敷く

難波潟は月の光が冴えわたって波面に氷をぞ敷いたように見えます

The moonlight shines brightly on Naniwagata, making it look like ice is covering the waves.

 

(327) くまもなき月の光にさそはれて幾雲居までゆく心ぞも

一点の曇りもない月の光にさそはれて遥かな雲の果てまで心が飛んでいくでしょうか

Will the clear moonlight tempt your heart to fly to the far reaches of the clouds?

 

(328) 誰来なん月の光にさそはれてと思ふに夜半の明けぬなるかな

月の光にさそわれて誰か来るだろうかと思っているうちに、夜は明けてしまうようです

While I was wondering if someone would be lured to come by the moonlight, dawn seems to be breaking.

(329) 山の端を出づる宵よりしるきかな今宵しらする秋の夜の月

山の端を離れた瞬間から、今夜の月は中秋の名月だと気づきました

From the moment it left the edge of the mountain, I noticed that the tonight moon is a harvest moon.

 

(330) 数へねど今宵の月のけしきにて秋のなかばを空にしるかな

日を数えてはいないけれど、今宵の月を見れば秋の半ばだと空の景色から知られます

I haven't been counting the days, but when I see the moon tonight, the sky tells me it's mid-autumn.
